When adding a new colleague there is different roles to choose from with different meanings.
Manager - Full access
Manager (View) - A viewing manager but cant change anything
Financial manager - For external financial managers
Local manager - See all attested invoices new and old plus access to invoice analytics
Employee - See all attested invoices new and old
